When your user wants to create an account or log in to your website, they can do the sign-up or login by using their LinkedIn account.
Let’s see how you can enable the LinkedIn login function by adding the LinkedIn API Key.
Account Creation and App Creation #
- First, go to the LinkedIn Developer Solution page. Log in with your LinkedIn account. Click the “Create App” button.
- Provide the app name. Remember, you must have a LinkedIn company page to create this API key. If you don’t have any LinkedIn company page, you can also create one from the same page. Just provide the App Name, Company Page URL, Privacy Policy URL, upload the Logo, then agree with the policy. Finally, click on “Create App.”
Get The API Keys #
- On the next page, click on the “Auth” tab, and you can see the Client ID and Primary Secret Key. Copy this key to paste in the WordPress dashboard.
Setting The Authorized Redirect URL #
After the Application credentials section, you can find the autorized url option. Click on the pencil icon and set the url like this:

Setup API Keys #
- Go to the WordPress dashboard of CV Builder SaaS > Settings > API Settings > Social Settings > LinkedIn API Key. Paste the codes in the respective fields.
